I don't necessarily have anxiety disorder, but I have had issues with anxiety and stress many times in the past, so I was curious to see these images, and gather if they're relatable or not. So might as well look at each image one by one. Each image does have a quote next to it, but I want to focus on the images themselves

Image #1: A brick on top of a balloon. This is a pretty solid gif and one that is relatable. The pressures of school, work, etc. can be daunting and feel as if you're forced to gasp for air in an attempt to find levity and freedom.

Image #2: An overflowing cup. I get the understanding here, as you are overflowed with anxiety that it overtakes you. I don't really fit into that, but it makes sense for others.

Image #3: A group of rocks trapped in a thin net. This is one that I see as tryign to have anxiety weigh you down, though it's still not as perfect as the first one for me.

Image #4: This is just a knife lodged into a table, as if you're being stabbed in the hear. It's simple, it works. Not the most engaging.

Image #5: Hands, painted blue like the ocean, rolling over grains and rocks. I love how they did not use established footage of a wave here, as it's very creative, while still fitting the idea of anxiety overwhelming you.

Image #6: Butterflies caught in a shirt. As if you have butterflies in your stomach. A classic metaphor.

Image #7: A sauna, with steam entrapped in a tight space. It again fits with how anxiety creeps in and stays in such a small area (read your mind)

Image #8: Several blinking eyes. Watching. Looking over you. It's as if you're surrounded by others watching your every move, even when that is not actually the case. Really great stuff.

Image #9: A blue hand roaming through static. I was kind of lost on this one admittedly.

Image #10: A snake slithering down an esophagus. It creates an uncomfortable feeling, like anxiety. Interesting interpretation here.

Image #11: A balancing act. One where anxiety can influence whether you will fall or not. It's pretty tough stuff. At the end of the day though, a brick crushing a balloon, while not popping it is where it's at for me.

The captions to the left were the basis for each image, and it's a good idea. It gives a good reference point and something to chew on for viewers, and I like how the two meld together.
